Al Andalus Mall wins the "Cityscape" Award

Al Andalus Mall in Jeddah has been awarded the "Cityscape" Real Estate Award for the Best Commercial and Retail Project of 2009.

The award was received by Engr. Ayman bin Mohammed Al Madifer, the CEO of Al Andalus Real Estate, at a ceremony held at the Westin Hotel.

Engr. Fahad Al Assaf, the General Manager of Project Management at Al Andalus Real Estate, explained that the design of Al Andalus Mall focused on the entertainment aspect and making shopping a pleasurable experience. This was achieved by increasing the width of walkways, raising ceilings, and incorporating indirect natural lighting to conserve energy and promote environmental sustainability.

It is worth mentioning that Al Andalus Mall is one of the projects of Al Andalus Real Estate Company, located in the city center (Old Airport) in front of King Abdulaziz Roundabout. This award is a recognition of the mall's efforts in revitalizing the city center area, where it continues to play an active role in the shopping and entertainment industry, as well as serving the surrounding community by hosting various social, cultural, and scientific events, including Jeddah Oasis for Science and Technology.

Al Andalus Real Estate Company is a leading company in the field of investment and real estate development.
