Following the great success witnessed by the Retail City Exhibition in its second round last year, the global research organization Cityscape Exhibition is organizing the most prominent global events specialized in real estate investment and development, represented by the Retail City Exhibition 2008, starting from 6/1 - 6/3, in the Dubai International Center for conferences and exhibitions.

This year, Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate Co. is participating with six projects, as a platinum sponsor for this exhibition, due to the increasing turnout witnessed by the company's booth last year, and in view of its successes in previous posts, it is expected that the exhibition will be a remarkable success this year, due to the great demand for its activities and the significant and expected increase in the number of participants, whether they are real estate agents or those interested in the real estate market: traders, exhibitors, and businessmen.

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate Co. is participating this year in the activities of the Retail City exhibition with six distinct shopping centers, namely: Al Andalus Mall in Jeddah Governorate, Al Manar Plaza in Rehab Taiba Al Taybah, Jarir Plaza located in Dhahran, Kady Mall in Jizan, and Dareen Mall located in The city of Dammam, then Panorama Mall, which is characterized by its strategic location located at the intersection of Al Takhasosi Road with Prince Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Road (Tahlia) and its beautiful and integrated design, which includes many carefully selected stores that operate in integrated activities, where attention has been paid to all aspects leading to the success of the investment, starting from the location and ending with management and operation to achieve integration and success. The project was implemented on an area of 133,608 square meters, including 236 commercial stores, consisting of various international exhibitions, an entertainment city, and a restaurant area. The implementation of this project comes within a series of major projects in various regions of the Kingdom, which carries the company’s future vision and the extent of what the market needs.
